Excellent place with amenities like free wi-fi, a relaxing spa & wellness centre, and 24-hour reception. The staff was so helpful during my first stay, providing me with info about the town. Can't wait to come back for a weekend.

My stay was very nice for weekend. My guest room with a combined view, a couch plus a large terrace was good sized and brand-new. The hotel was just next door to especially off-season thanks to its excellent location.

The bathroom fittings were broken, but the food on the terrace was tasty.

The receptionists were nice.
The breakfast wasn´t good - only very cheap food and drinks. All inclusive is too expensive for the quality of the food. The building is quite old and not so renovated. I didn´t like the atmosphere there, especially in the foyer - dark and small. It was cheap and ok for the price.

The hotel advertised a splendid spa, but honestly, it was so small, it reminded me of an afterthought. The breakfast, if you can call it that, was shockingly poor-nothing but cheap ingredients. I also would have appreciated a welcome gift for my stay, but alas, nothing was offered. I almost gave a good review but just couldn't.

My best decision yet!
Staying here was an absolute delight! The sound of waves lulled me to sleep, and the room offered amazing sea views. The staff were great. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty, setting the tone for wonderful days ahead. Plus, the nearby private beach was a perfect retreat after sun-soaked mornings.

Proximity to the sea, beautifully designed rooms with sea views, extensive spa menu
Cold water in the pool could definitely use a warm-up !!! The sauna experience is questionable without the option to throw water on the stones, quite disappointing for sauna enthusiasts !!! Regular maintenance is needed to ensure facilities don't show visible wear and tear !!!

The hotel is situated in a beachfront area right by the seashore, gardens, and the main attraction in Balchik, the castle & botanical garden. I was upgraded to a spotlessly clean family room with a lateral view. Having a mini bar, a sofa bed, and central heating was very convenient.
